Any ideas of how to get information from logs of Tamar and Dolphin under Byron's command. We have substantive data from "Danger Island" 21 June 1765 about a fracas that the official published logs don't record. All they say was that "a large vessel under sail was at a distance from the shore"
Tamar Captain's log and master's log missing from National Archives. Where to now?
