Hi, I'm trying to understand how various Parreys in the RN were related. You seem to have two Robert Parreys, this one who seems to have been a Commander, and also his ?uncle, Captain Robert Parrey (approx 1739-1808). But when I read about Commander Robert Parrey in the dictionary of naval biography (the one who was father of Lieutenant Robert Parrey, who I can't see on your site?), his naval service seems very different to what you have - is this a different person, or are you just missing lots of details of his service?
Thanks, Tom
