Philip Pipon (1771 - 1829) was the son of Thomas Pipon of La Moye, Jersey. He served in the RN in San Domingo, Corunna and the Baltic. With Sir Thomas Staines, he met the descendants of the Bounty mutineers in Pitcairn in 1814.
His account is in the United Services Journal 1834, v. 1 pp 192-195.
