Some promotions have taken place among the ships that were at the Nore. Capt Hargood, of the Leopard of 50 guns, has been appointed to the Nassau of 64 guns; Capt Surridge of the Iris to the command of the Leopard; and Captain Rowley of the Cumberland to the Ramillies , in the room of Sir Richard Bickerton. Does anyone know the address in Chichester where the Admiral resided at the time of his death in December 1819? Subsequently his body was buried at a village near Portsmouth
