Is there a familial relationship between Capt. George Younghunsband and Lt. Col. Sir Francis Younghusband of repute in British India?

This George has no brother called George - the one quoted is his father (easy done - there are several George's in every generation of this family!). His brothers were Maj Gen Charles Younghusband & Delavall Younghusband
