I've found a baptismal record at St Marylebone, Westminster, on 3 April 1759 for "Caroline Tinker of John Bladen Tinker & Eliz: born 2d Inst:"

The following record reads "Ann May of Newfoundland about 8 Years Old. Servt: to Capt. Tinker"

John Tinker (father) Will only states one as son, John Bladen Tinker. Does not say what the relationship was with the other young man although one assumes being left money and being named HMS Tax collector was familial. Mother filed a civil suit on son after John Bladen Tinker death.
