As you can see I've added some of your information. Do you have a date for the appointment to Endeavour? There is a 14-gun schooner purchased Oct 1781 which I would assume to be the vessel?

Called "Francis Woolrige" in Syrett&Dinardo[your W032]
Called "Francis Wooldridge" when appointed 2d Lt, America (3d/64) on 23 Jan 1778 (ADM 6/21, p. 356.
Called "Francis Wooldridge" when appointed Lt & Cdr Endeavour, Armed Brig (ADM 2/106, p. 341)
Called "Francis Wooldridge" in index to ADM 6/23, pp. 64 & 153.
