It is very probabla that Thomas Sutton, Ringmore also built brig yacht Enchantress in 1802

Ant that she was sucessed by John Sutton which buit
6th rate Perseus in 1812

Norfolk Chronicle - Saturday 27 December 1806
Bancrupts : T.Sutton, Ringmore, Devonshire, shipbuilder

The Naval Chronicle: Volume 16, July-December 1806:
Sutton was building
'Perseus' and 'Anaceron'
So very probably the 2nd was then completed by Owen

From Teignmouth web pages
"between 1793 and 1815 no less than 68 vessels of varying sizes were completed by six shipbuilding yards – three in Teignmouth: owned by William Rendle, William Curtis and James Heath, plus John Stephens’ yard in Ringmore, and Thomas Sutton and Thomas Tucker on Shaldon Green."
