Still researching John Bourmaster born Lerwick c1735 and wonder if any of his living relatives have a portrait of him? Most Admirals would have sat for their likeness in those days.

Thank you for this information on John Bourmaster. My ggggggrandfather. I note that he commanded the 'Victory' .........all be it briefly.
