Archibald Dickson's wife Elizabeth nee Porter died January 1799 (buried St Nicholas, Great Yarmouth 13 January 1799). See Sepulchral reminiscences of a market town : as afforded by a list of the interments within the walls of the parish church of St. Nicholas, Great Yarmouth (1848), p.27. He married Frances Anne Willis 2 December 1799, Saint Mary in The Marsh, Norwich, Norfolk.
