2.9.1766 Lieutenant Forth informs us he acted as commander of the Druid sloop from February to July 1765, by order of Rear Admiral Sir William Burnaby and has asked for an order to be given for his wages. Lieutenant Forth is borne for the Druid as a supernumerary from the Dreadnought, as acting Captain, and was then returned to the Dreadnought. Captain Burnaby is borne for the same time but mustered on leave for his health and is paid as Captain until May 1765. Lieutenant Forth is paid as 1st Lieutenant of the Dreadnought for the whole time.ADM354
