Hi Albert.
I've updated his record with the info from my book, as you can now see he was 1st commissioned to the Shark and I have no record of a transfer, but as it was probably a local commission the record may not have survived.

Samuel Grape seems to have been the lieutenant of bomb [mortar] vessel /Terror/ in the summer of 1747. (From correspondence of Commodore Matthew Michell, ADM 1/2104, dispatch to Samuel Corbett, 30 July 1747, and enclosure [Michell reported that he had sent "the lieutenant of the Terror" to Bergen op Zoom to observe the progress of the French attack, and enclosed a report by "Samuel Grape"]).
