Henry Higman lived long enough to claim his Naval General Service Medal in 1847 which is on display in the Royal Naval Museum Portsmouth. It has four clasps as follows
Bridports Action 1795 as an AB
Camperdown 1797 as a Masters Mate on HMS Triumph
23rd august 1806 and Curacoa 1806 as a Lt. on Hms Arethusa
