Admiralty Office, April 21.

His Majesty's Ship the Bideford, Commanded by Captain William Howe, has brought into the Downes the Augustine French Cutter Privateer, commanded by M. Bart, of 8 Carriage and 6 Swivel-Guns, with 61 Men, belonging to Dunkirk, which Captain Howe took the 14th Instant, nine Leagues E. N. E. from Yarmouth, when she had been two
Days from Dunkirk, and had not taken any Thing.
