Description:

Philip Stephens. Will complete the agreement with Mr. Jones of Swansea, to hire his ship the Mackworth, to serve as an armed vessel, to carry 18 carriage guns of 9, 6 and 4-pounders and swivels and to be manned by 80 men. We need an account of when her men entered her, to set when she she should enter Pay. Ask if an Officer should be appointed to her.
