Apparently the Compte d'Artois rather than the Comtesse -

For sale by the candle, at the London Tavern, in Foxhole-street, Plymouth, on Friday the 29th of September, 1780, the large private ship of war, of 64 guns, Le Compte d’Artois, (prize to his Majesty’s ship Bienfaisant, and others), a prime sailor, French built at Bourdeaux, burthen 1500 tons, more or less, abounds with warlike and all other necessary stores… She is, beyond all dispute, a ship highly deserving the attention of thee publick, being the most capital one, by far, that has been offered for sale this War. Now lying at Plymouth, and there to be delivered. Vaughan, Winne, and Margetson, Brokers. [Exeter Flying Post, 15 September 1780]
