Lieutenant Anningson, Commander of the Alarm Armed Cutter, has taken and brought into the Downes, a French Privateer Cutter, called the Countess d'Ayen, of Dunkirk, carrying 8 3-pounders, and 8 swivel guns, with 62 men.
