Copy of a letter from Captain H. Digby, Commander of His Majesty's Ship Aurora, to Earl St. Vincent, Commander in Chief of His Majesty's Ships and Vessels employed on the Coast of Portugul, dated at sea, the 7th of September, 1797.

My Lord, I have the honor to acquaint you of the capture of L'Aigle French Privateer, mounting 12 guns and 77 men, commanded by Louis Daroche, 9 days from La Rochelle ; had taken nothing.
