Harwich, 13 February: This afternoon was captured by the Argus, Lively, and Viper Revenue cutters, a French privateer, under the disguise of a fishing smack, called the Sans Peur, of Dunkirk, Citizen Job Bunker, commander, mounting six guns, from one to two-pounders, five of which she threw overboard yesterday in a gale of wind, and carrying 18 men. She left the Helder on Monday last, and has not taken any thing. At the time of her capture she was lying off the entrance of this harbour, amidst a large fleet of merchantmen. part of whom no doubt would have fallen into her net, but for the fortunate circumstance of her discovery. This is her second cruize on this part of the coast. [London Packet, 18 February 1801]
