Yep, the designed armament is shown on the class details page.
Some of the class were built wiht the armament shown. I will have to check to see in this case.

Russian Warships in the Age of Sail has the Oryol armed with 36pdrs and 24pdrs as for the 1805 Establishment not 30 pdrs and 18s on the gun decks. Foc'sle and Quarterdeck armament is the usual 8pdrs.
