1708. Captured ship: Bonne Esperance (master Francis Poulain).
History: a French privateer of 110 tons, 16 guns. Taken in fight by HMS Antelope (Phillip Cavendish commanding) and brought into Portsmouth.
TNA: HCA 32/52/25
