Copy letter from John Cole to the Board. William Rounciman, the Commander of the Elizabeth Tender has behaved so much beneath his rank to cause Mr. Durham the former Master to leave the Tender at Plymouth in December 1758. Mr. Robson the present Master has had to write to the Board. The tender is to be discharged from the Service if another Master is not found. The Officer's character is so public that no-one will serve under him and ask for the Tender to be ordered to Deptford for discharge according to Charter Party.
