Jugement du Conseil des Prises du 17/02/1710 , declarant les Sieurs Cadoue , Cottard et Levesque, commandant les vaisseaux le "Bien Acquis" , le "Benjamin" et les "Trois Frères" , de Nantes , coupables d'avoir amariné, le 04/07/1706 , le vaisseau la "Marie-du-Mur" , de Morlaix , se rendant à Saint-Domingue , chargée de  marchandises , de l'avoir pillé et détourné de sa route pour le conduire à la Martinique , et les condamnant par suite à divers depens à l'egard du Sieur Siochan, capitaine dudit vaisseau  (28/02/1710) .
