Jugement du Conseil des Prises du 02/03/1711 , declarant de bonne prise le vaisseau le "Marchand de la Jamaique" chargé de harengs et autres marchandises , pris après combat le 26/12/1710 par le sieur Muet de la Sauvagere , commandant la frégate "l'Intrepide"  et le vaisseau le "Robert Nathaniel" , de Londres , pris le mème jour après 2 heures de combat par la mème frégate .
