Jugement du 06/01/1713 donnant main-levee de la prise du navire "Marie" , de Belfast , Capitaine Adams , capturé le 03/06/1712 à la hauteur de Quinsal , par le Sieur Barbey , commandant le navire le "Gaigneur" , de Saint-Malo . Ce navire appartenant aux Sieurs Robertau et Alexandre , de La Rochelle et Bary , de Bayonne , se rendait , chargé de fers , de Bayonne à Belfast , sous pavillon anglais . II avait un passeport francais ; l'équipage était composé d'Irlandais naturalisés (19/01/1713) .
