SIR, I have the honor to inform you, that this evening, Ostend bearing S. S. E. 7 leagues, I fell in with and captured the Sans Pareil French Schooner Privateer, mounting 1 6-pounder and 8 swivels guns, manned with 21 men, and commanded by Mons. Jacques Francois Doré, from Ostend this day , had not taken any thing.
