March 1799 members of the crew 1st Lt George Ross [later sided with mutineers], Lt John Stokes, Captain Boys [Royal Marines] a John Smith fell overboard and drowned, mutineers Samuel Sidney, Thomas Harrop, William Jones [all hanged], Stephen Walford, William McAdam [100 lashes] and Michael Pennell. Landsmen William Sugate age 17 and John Fox age 20 dismissed for sodomy
