The French trading resumed business with Cadiz years ago , when one of the last shipping lines that definitively closed the adventure of direct French trade in the South Sea in the 18th century was undertaken in Le Havre in 1724 . The Saint-Malo merchant Beauvais Le Fer had the Sainte-Rose , Captain Tressé Cheville , fitted out there .
