London, 18 February 1802: Yesterday a Court of Directors of the East India Company was held at the India House, when the following Commanders attended, and took their final leave of the Court previously to their being dispatched, viz, Captain William Agnew, of the ship Walthamstow, and Captain Adam Cumine, of the ship Bengal, for Coast and Bay; together with Captain Henry Bullock, of the new ship the United Kingdom,, for the above Presidencies; and Captain Charles Jones, of the David Scott, for China; the three former ships are severally ordered to be in the Downs, on or before the 23d instant, and the David Scott on the 10th of March.
