Papers Respecting The Navy, Presented In Pursuance Of Addresses of the House of Lords to His Majesty.
Navy Office, 18th March 1805

HMS Heron was purchased form Thomas and R.Brown
as 'Jason' was 2 years old and has 339bm
was purchased for £4,071
moreover £2,792 were spent to fitting the ship at King'S Yard.
