The Amphitrite frigate, Captain Warren, which has ben stationed at the Needles, as a guard-ship is ordered into Potrtsmouth harbour to be paid off. The Defiance, Russell, San Antonio, and Goree, which are now in harbour, are also ordered to be paid off. [London Courier, 14 October 1801]

According to TNA ADM 180/10
11 Feb 1807-12 Feb 1807 repaired at Portsmouth

Sold 11th July 1827 to M.Freaje for £2,990
Mr. Freaka having than declared in sane sje was resold 26 Mar 1828 ro Mr. john Sedger fro £2,200
