We are sorry to state the death of Mr. McGrath, First Lieutenant of the Salamine ship of war. His death was the consequence of a wound in the side from a stiletto of an assassin who met him in one of the streets of Leghorm, the 31st of August while inquiring for a house. The villain was not known.
